Contact DataFone by calling  (865) 687-DATA (3282) or by calling the credit union and selecting option 6.

DataFone:  (login for the first time after 5/3/16)
* Users will be asked to verify their account with the last 4 digits of your social security number. Once that is verified, you can reset your password to access the account in the future.  
* All Datafone instructions will be changing, so listen closely the first time you log-in to reach the correct function.
