74th Annual Meeting
March 22nd, 2024
Mark your calendars for our 74th Annual Meeting, taking place on Friday, March 22nd, 2024, starting at 6 PM. This year's event offers both Zoom participation and an in-person experience. The in-person meeting will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel, located at 215 S. Illinois Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Doors will open at 5:30 PM.
Members will need to register below, for this event to be included in the prize drawings. Registration will close at 11:59 PM on March 21st. When you register, please select whether you plan to attend in-person or virtually. If you choose to attend virtually, please be sure to include a valid a email address, so we may send you instructions.

Joining our Annual Meeting virtually is easy. Just download the Zoom app onto your computer or other electronic device such as your cell phone or tablet to participate. You can download the Zoom app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™ Store.
On the day of the meeting, we will email all virtual attendees a private link with detailed instructions to join our Annual Meeting Webinar on March 22, 2024, at 6 PM via Zoom.
