Making Your Loan Payment is Easier Than Ever!

 
Make your payment quickly and easily through your online banking. You can transfer from your existing Enrichment FCU account or link your account from another financial institution. If you are not set up for online banking, just click here to register. Online banking allows you to set up a one-time or recurring—from an Enrichment account or any other financial institution—at your convenience. 
 
Login or Register for Online Banking
 

Pay from Your Enrichment Account or another Financial Institution:  

  • Enroll or log into mobile or online banking
  • From online banking, select "Transfer & Pay or from the mobile app, select "Transfers" at the bottom
  • To pay from an Enrichment FCU account
          ○ Select "Make a Transfer"
          ○ Pick the account you would like to pay from 
          ○ Choose the loan you would like to pay
          ○ Enter the amount you want to pay
          ○ Press "Review Transfer"
          ○ On the next screen, tap "Submit Transfer"
  • To pay from another Financial Institution
          ○ Choose "Make Your Loan Payment"
          ○ Select which loan you would like to pay then tap, "Launch"
          ○ Choose either "Pay Now" or "Setup Auto Pay." Enroll in auto pay to avoid the $10 one-time payment fee. 
          ○ If you have never used this feature, setup a payment account
          ○ If you have used this feature before, select the payment account you would like to pay from 
          ○ Enter the amount you want to pay
          ○ Confirm your state of residency, and click continue
          ○ Accept the disclosures, and select "Continue to Pay"

Link another Financial Institution to your Enrichment Account:

  • Enroll or log into online banking
  • Select "Transfer & Pay" menu, then select "Transfers"
  • Click on "More Actions", then click "Add an Account"
  • Choose to "Manually Add an External Account"
  • Enter the account information 
  • Choose how you want to receive the verification code, and click "Send Code"
  • Enter the code and click "Enter"
  • Follow the prompts on the screen
        *Please note it may take 3 business days to receive the trial deposits and 3-4 business days for external transfers to complete.
  • Your online banking Dashboard will now have a "Confirm" banner for your pending external account.
  • Click "Confirm" and then click "Confirm" again to enter the trial deposits
  • Once you click continue, you are ready to make transfers from the Transfer & Pay tab
 
Although online banking is our recommended method—especially for managing payments from an external account—you can also make a one-time or recurring payments through Online Express Pay. All you need is your account number, some personal information, and your debit or checking account details. A $10.00 processing fee applies to payments made through Express Pay. FAQs

  • Is there a processing fee?
             There is a processing fee of $10 for one time payments. For recurring payments, a processing fee will not be charged.
  • Is there a maximum dollar amount for payments?
             Yes, the current limit is $7,500. This tool is not intended to be used for payoffs. Those needing to make a payment higher than $7,500 in one day will need               to contact EFCU. 
  • Will auto payments be cancelled if the loan is paid off? 
               No, the member will need to cancel this using the Make Your Loan Payment tool within online banking. Otherwise, payments will be deposited into the                    member's base share. They can also contact EFCU if they need assistance in cancelling recurring payments.
