Our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) give you the best of both worlds — modern technology and real, personal service. From deposits and withdrawals to face‑to‑face conversations with a live teller on screen, our ITMs make everyday banking easier and designed around you.

Our ITMs (interactive teller machines) may look like ATMs, but they can handle almost everything you'd normally visit a branch for—making your banking faster, easier, and always available. 
  • All you need is your debit card and PIN to access your account. 
  • During business hours, you can connect instantly with an Enrichment teller by video whenever you need assistance. 
  • You can complete a wide range of transactions 24/7/365, including:
                  ○ Withdraw cash
                  ○ Deposit cash or checks
                  ○ Transfer funds
                  ○ Make a loan or credit card payment 
                  ○ Check your balance
                  ○ Print a mini statement

How do I access the ITM? 
Accessing the ITM is easy using one of the following ways:
  • Card Access: Insert your Enrichment FCU Debit Card and enter your PIN to access your accounts. 
  • Press the Help button to talk to a Teller and be assisted with your transaction. 
Is the ITM available 24/7?
While the ITM is available 24/7 in any Enrichment drive-thru, a live Enrichment representative will only be available during business hours. 
What denominations can the ITM disburse for withdrawals and accept for deposits?
  • The ITM can disburse $1, $5, $20, and $100 bills. 
  • The ITM can accept $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100 bills. 
Are there limitations to cash or check transactions? 
  • Cash: There are no limitations to the dollar amount of cash that can be deposited at an ITM, only the number of bills the machine can accept at one time. Withdrawals may be subject to daily maximum limits. 
  • Coin: The ITM cannot accept or disburse coin at this time. 
  • Checks: There are no limitations to the number of checks that can be deposited at an ITM, only the number of checks the machine can accept at one time. Check deposits may be subject to a daily maximum limit. 
  • Check Holds: Check deposits at the ITM are subject to holds in accordance with Regulation CC. 
Can I cash a check at the ITM? 
Yes, Enrichment members can cash a check. During normal business hours, select the Cash Check option to be connected with a teller. When using the ITM after hours or self-serving, choose Deposit, complete your deposit, and then select Withdraw Cash. 
Can I print an official check at an ITM? 
ITMs cannot print official checks. Official checks can still be printed at the Teller Line of any Enrichment branch. Printing official checks at the Teller Line will still be subject to fees. 
Can I get a receipt for my transaction?
Yes, the ITM will prompt you to select your receipt preference after completing the transaction. 
Can I see all my shares/accounts at the ITM? 
Yes, you can see all your shares and accounts at the ITM, however, you may not be able to transact on all share types. 
If I walk away from the ITM without "Logging Off", will the ITM time-out?
Yes, the ITM will time-out if a Member walks away without "Logging Off" their transaction. The machine will make a beeping sound to alert you that your card has been left in the machine. A message will also display that asks, "Do you want to continue?" If this is chosen, it will require your PIN to be entered again to ensure that only you, the account owner, can transact. 
Are business accounts accessible at the ITM? 
Yes! Business members can access their accounts using the Teller Assisted or Self-Service options.
