Once you have your access code, dial (865) 687-DATA (3282) or by calling 1-800-482-0049 and select option 1.

Does the access PIN code for DataFone expire?
Yes, the PIN does expire. Datafone needs to be used at least once every 6 months for the service to stay active. If the service is no longer active, please call 800.482.0049 to reinstate Datafone.
How can I change my access PIN code for DateFone
The very last prompt listed in the menu will give you the option to change the PIN for Datafone.
DataFone can't hear me. What can I do?
Datafone works by touchtone or by voice recognition. If using voice recognition, please try again using touchtone. If calling from a cell phone, if the connection is not strong, the system may not hear touchtone or voice clearly. Call again when in an area with a better connection.
