Full Time Branch Representative 

Location: Clinton Branch- 1116 N. Charles Seiver’s Blvd Clinton, TN 37716 

Payroll Type: Hourly / Non-Exempt 

Employment Type: Full time, 40 hours weekly rotating Saturday hours (some overtime may be required). 

Education:  High school graduate or equivalent required with business courses or training preferred.           

Experience:  Customer service experience in a financial services or retail-oriented field, cash handling experience preferred.  

Skills/ abilities:  Individual must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to execute the primary responsibilities listed below in a satisfactory manner.

Responsibilities:  Welcomes members, provides general Credit Union information, receives deposits and loan payments, disburses withdrawals, and performs general office work as needed.  Must be able to cross-offer Credit Union products and services.  Work must be completed accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate should have a flexible attitude to switch between teller, new accounts and lending services as needed.

Knowledge:  Should have a general working knowledge of business, sales, and customer service. Experience with credit union services and procedures preferred. 

Communication:  Exhibits quality written and verbal communication skills. 

Service standards:  Strives to establish and maintain a personal presence that reflects the image, reputation, and mission of Enrichment Federal Credit Union. 

Policies:  Follows Enrichment Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures at all times. 

Schedule: (sample) Monday thru Wednesday 8:15 am to 5:45 pm, Thursday and Friday 8:15 am to 6:15 pm, and occasional Saturdays from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm.  Overtime hours and flex scheduling may be required as needed.

Full Time Member Communication Specialist - Oak Ridge, TN

Member Communication Specialist 

Location: Main Office – 201 South Illinois Ave, Oak Ridge TN 37831 

Payroll Type: Hourly / Non-Exempt 

Employment Type: Full time, 40 hours weekly on a rotation schedule, may include some Saturday hours. 

Education:  High school graduate or equivalent required with business courses or training preferred.           

Experience:  Customer service and operation of multi-line phone experience preferred, Microsoft Office including Word and Excel preferred.  

Skills/ abilities:  Individual must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to execute the primary responsibilities listed below in a satisfactory manner. 

Responsibilities:  This role is a team position supporting employees and members alike by answering calls, chats and emails in a fast-paced setting.  Along with other Team Members, this position primarily is the face of the Credit Union with members by phone, helping to answer questions, problem solve member issues, routing calls to the appropriate departments and offering Credit Union products and services.  We want someone who is a positive thinker, flexible and willing to learn and grow with the Credit Union.  Our Credit Union is growing, and we want our employees to grow with it.  If you enjoy being busy, have a positive can-do attitude, with a passion for others and are flexible for those times when life happens and schedules might change, we want you to apply!
