Community Outreach

Empowering Financial Wellness in Our Schools

Enrichment is committed to strengthening our communities by bringing financial wellness education directly into local schools. Through engaging programs, practical resources, and interactive learning opportunities, we help students build the knowledge and skills they need to make informed financial decisions. From budgeting and saving to understanding credit and financial responsibility, our goal is to equip the next generation with the tools and confidence to achieve lifelong financial success. By partnering with schools, we are investing in brighter futures and creating stronger, more financially empowered communities.

Supporting Financial Wellness for Seniors

Enrichment is dedicated to helping older adults navigate today's financial landscape with confidence. Through partnerships with local senior centers, we provide educational programs, resources, and guidance focused on financial wellness, fraud prevention, budgeting, and managing finances in retirement. Our goal is to empower seniors with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed financial decisions, protect their assets, and maintain financial independence. By bringing these resources directly into our communities, we are helping seniors build confidence, security, and peace of mind for the future.

Gloves of Love Campaign

For more than 17 years, Enrichment has proudly supported the Gloves of Love initiative, helping ensure children have the winter essentials they need to stay warm and comfortable. What began as a local effort has grown into a community-wide program, with all nine of our branches now participating to serve families throughout the regions we call home. Through donations of new gloves, hats, scarves, and other cold-weather essentials, we work together with our members and communities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children during the winter months. Every contribution helps provide warmth, comfort, and peace of mind to families facing financial challenges. By expanding Gloves of Love across all nine branches, we are able to reach more children than ever before and continue our commitment to strengthening the communities we serve. Together, we can help ensure that no child faces the winter season without the warmth they deserve.

Blue Line Christmas

Enrichment is proud to support the Blue Line Christmas program in Claiborne and Anderson Counties through our Tazewell and Oak Ridge branches. This meaningful initiative helps children from local families experience the magic of the holiday season by providing an opportunity to shop for gifts alongside local law enforcement officers. By partnering with community organizations and generous supporters, we help create memorable experiences that foster connection, compassion, and hope. For many children, this program offers access to gifts that may otherwise be out of reach, while also building positive relationships within the community. Through Blue Line Christmas, we are honored to play a role in making the holidays brighter and creating lasting memories for the families we serve.
