Please notify us if you are traveling within or outside of the United States. Even if you are only traveling to another state or to Canada or Mexico, we'll keep your travel information on your records in our system to ensure uninterrupted usage of your Enrichment debit and credit card while you are away. My card is expiring this month. When should I expect my new card?

Your credit and debit card expiration date will list a month and a year. Your card is good until the end of the month in which it expires. You will receive a new card with the same card number prior to the end of the month when it expires. Contact us if you have not received your card by the last week of the month. We can either order one to have mailed to you or print one in a branch for you. 


Card Fraud Alerts

Scammers and other fraudsters don't take time off, and neither do we! Whenever you open a debit or credit card with us, you're automatically enrolled in our Card Fraud Text Alerts Program. If there is any suspicious activity on your account, we will call, text, and/or email you. If you don't recognize the transaction, then file a dispute by calling us at 865-482-0045 or visit your local branch. 
Why did I receive an alert? 

If irregular activity is detected on your card, you may receive an automated alert on your mobile device asking you to verify the transaction. Message frequency varies because these alerts are only sent when there is suspicion of fraud. 
How do I respond to an alert?
When you receive a Card Fraud Alert on your mobile device, simply reply to the text with either "YES" to verify the transaction, or "NO" to indicate the transaction was not authorized by you. Additional instructions will follow.
How do I withdraw consent?
You may choose at any time to withdraw consent to receive Card Fraud Alerts and cancel them by either responding "STOP" to an alert notification or by contacting our 24/7 Member Services. 

How do I reset or change my PIN?

Call us at 800.482.0049 and we can have your PIN mailed to you.  Or visit your nearest Enrichment branch to have your PIN changed the same day. If you currently know your PIN and would like to change it you can visit any Enrichment ATM and make that change. 

How do I get a new debit or credit card?
You can stop by any of our convenient locations to have a new debit or credit card printed and ready to use immediately. If you cannot make it to a branch, give us a call, chat or send an email with your request and we will take care of the rest. 
How do I request a limit increase on my credit card?

You may request a limit increase by applying online for a new credit card application and requesting the new limit. 

You can also apply by chatting, texting, or calling Member Support at 800.482.0049 or by visiting any Enrichment branch.

How do I request a balance transfer?

To request a credit card balance transfer, please chat, text, or call Member Support at 800.482.0049. You may also visit any local Enrichment branch and a representative will be happy to assist you.

Enrichment does not charge any fees for a credit card balance transfer. 

Do you offer prepaid or gift cards?

We offer both a prepaid Visa Gift Card and a re-loadable Visa Travel Money card. Click here for more information or stop by your nearest branch to request the card that works best for your needs. 

How do I activate my debit and credit card?

Why doesn't my debit card work?

If you’re having issues with your debit or credit card please contact Member Support at 800.482.0049. 

How do I set up overdraft protection for my debit card?

Debit card transactions are approved based on the money you have in your account at the time of the transaction and if your savings or Line-of-Credit is set up as overdraft protection.  Also, if you have Opted-in for Debit Card and ATM transactions and have Courtesy Pay, that will be taken into consideration when approving debit card transactions. For more information, contact Member Support and we will make sure your account is set up for the protection you need. 

When is my credit card payment due?
Enrichment Credit Card payments are due on the 25th of every month. Statements are available the first of each month. You can also view your statement online through your Online Banking login if you have elected eStatements. 
What are the withdrawal and purchase limits for my debit card?
The limit for withdrawals at the ATM machine is $1,000.00 per day. The limit for using your ATM/Debit card for purchases is $2,500.00 per day. Just contact Member Support at 800-482-0045 to temporarily increase the amount for purchases on your card for a specific amount of time.
