If calling after business hours, you will need to call us on the next business day to have a new card issued or visit your nearest Enrichment branch to receive an Instant Issue Debit or Credit Card.
Please notify us if you are traveling within or outside of the United States. Even if you are only traveling to another state or to Canada or Mexico, we'll keep your travel information on your records in our system to ensure uninterrupted usage of your Enrichment debit and credit card while you are away. My card is expiring this month. When should I expect my new card?
Your credit and debit card expiration date will list a month and a year. Your card is good until the end of the month in which it expires. You will receive a new card with the same card number prior to the end of the month when it expires. Contact us if you have not received your card by the last week of the month. We can either order one to have mailed to you or print one in a branch for you.
Card Fraud Alerts
Call us at 800.482.0049 and we can have your PIN mailed to you. Or visit your nearest Enrichment branch to have your PIN changed the same day. If you currently know your PIN and would like to change it you can visit any Enrichment ATM and make that change.
You may request a limit increase by applying online for a new credit card application and requesting the new limit.

To request a credit card balance transfer, please chat, text, or call Member Support at 800.482.0049. You may also visit any local Enrichment branch and a representative will be happy to assist you.
Enrichment does not charge any fees for a credit card balance transfer.

Debit card transactions are approved based on the money you have in your account at the time of the transaction and if your savings or Line-of-Credit is set up as overdraft protection. Also, if you have Opted-in for Debit Card and ATM transactions and have Courtesy Pay, that will be taken into consideration when approving debit card transactions.
