It's Here! A Better Banking Experience! 

We are excited to now offer you improved services through our new online banking and mobile app! Our enhanced services include an improved layout and easier navigation, with a consistent look and feel across both online and mobile channels. Please review the steps below for logging in for the first time. 
 
 

Existing Users

Step 1: Log In to Online Banking

You will still access online banking from the Home Page with your current login information.

  • Enter your existing online banking username and password
  • Click on “Login” button

Step 2: Confirm Contact Information

  • Review the email address and phone number we have on file for you.
  • If the contact information is missing or needs updating, do so before moving forward. On subsequent logins you may be asked to verify your device, so accurate e-mail and mobile contact information is vital. For a more seamless login experience in the future, select the "Remember Me" option to bypass the code.
  • Select your time zone.
  • Click “Continue.”

Step 3: Review and Accept the Mobile and Online Banking Agreement

  • Review the disclosure.
  • Check the box next to “I Agree.”
  • Click “Continue.”
  • You will see all of your accounts that you are on with just one single login!

Step 4: Complete Your Profile and Browse Your New Online Banking Site

  • Visit the Profile Settings: by selecting “Settings” from the options in the top right next to your name. Here you can customize your profile picture, update your contact information, enable your mobile phone for text alerts, change your background image, customize the accounts you want to see and want to hide, and much more.
  • Visit the Dashboard: Selecting the Settings tool next to “My Accounts” on the dashboard lets you customize what you see when you first login.
  • Browse the Site: There are a lot of new features available, and even more to come soon. Take a look around, customize what you want, and then be sure to download the Mobile App to take your banking on the road.

Important Things To Note:

  • E-Alerts:  Once enrolled you can set up new e-alerts in the “Notifications” tab in your Profile Settings. If you’d like to enable text alerts, you must first enable your mobile phone to receive texts through the “Contact” tab in Profile Settings.
  • External Account Transfers: We are excited to now provide external account transfers. You can link up your external accounts from the transfer tab by selecting "Add an External Account" from the Classic Transfer tab. We will send a trial deposit to your account to confirm and then you will be able to transfer to or from your external accounts through online banking or your mobile app!
  • Scheduled Account Transfers: If you have existing scheduled transfers, they will move over to our new platform. You will NOT be able to see these transfers until the first occurrence in the new platform. With transfers not being visible until after the first time they run, we encourage you to hold off resetting them until you are sure they did not process. 
  • Bill Pay:  All of your existing payees will convert over with the new Bill Pay service. The new Bill Payment service will deliver any payments scheduled effective 7/9 and after. Your eBill enrollments will also transfer to the new system, however you may need to update your enrollment from the Bill Pay tab. 

New Users

If you are not yet enrolled in Enrichment's online banking website or mobile app, enrollment will be temporarily disabled between July 9th and July 16th. New registration will be available on Tuesday, July 16th. You can contact a Member Service Representative at 800-482-0049 after July 9th to be enrolled, or register online anytime after Tuesday, July 16th. 
 

Intuit/Quicken/Quick Books/Mint

If you keep track of your monthly income and expenses in a financial software program like Quicken or Microsoft Money, you can download your information right from Enrichment's Online Banking site.

You must be enrolled in Online Banking to download your account information.

Benefits include:
  • Reconcile your account easily and quickly. By simply downloading your account information you can easily find and compare matching transactions and new transactions.
  • Quicken WebConnect transfers straight to the software. If you use Quicken, just select Web Connect and the transfer will automatically go straight to Quicken.
  • Don’t worry about duplicate transactions. You can approve, deny or edit any transaction that is downloaded before it is added to your software program.

There is no monthly fee for Quicken or MS Money Downloads. You must login to online banking to download your account information.

Why is Enrichment enhancing its online and mobile banking? 
That’s simple—to make it easy for you to manage your money. Our new applications combine the best of our online and mobile services to create a seamless banking experience, where you can take care of almost any transaction, any time, from any device. It’s a major upgrade, and a part of our ongoing effort to continually improve the services we provide, so you can spend less time banking and more time living.
Will you have touch ID or facial recognition with the new mobile app?
Yes! Our new mobile app will allow you to login to your account with touch ID and facial recognition if your device has this feature. 
Will I need to download a new app?
Yes. Android users will be able to download our new app from the Google Play Store. Apple users will find our new mobile app in the Apple Store. Both will be available on July 9th.
What are widgets?
That’s just another name for an icon. Widgets are displayed on your accounts page and are clearly labeled so you know what functions they perform. You will have the ability to customize your widget menu from a desktop or mobile device. 
What's going to be different?
Everything except your account information! The biggest and best difference is that most everything you can do on the online platform can now be done on the mobile app, providing a seamless banking experience so you can easily manage your money from a single device. Even better, our new service offers a suite of user-friendly tools for doing everything from everyday banking to achieving long-term financial goals.
Will my bill pay carry over?
Yes. All your current payee information will carry over. Once the new system goes live, please review your bill pay settings, just to be sure everything is correct. If anything doesn't look just right, give us a call or chat with us on our new chat feature within online banking! If you are short on time, you can utilize the message center feature within the new online banking. 
Will I be able to manage my debit and credit cards from the new apps? 
We are already working on adding card control features in our new mobile app. Very soon you will have the ability to freeze and unfreeze your cards, as well as set authorization alerts. Look for more information to come soon!
Will I have multi-account access? 
You will be able to view all shared accounts with a single login. If you have questions or need assistance, just give us a call or chat with us! 
How do I set up alerts on my account?

This can easily be done on your laptop, and you can set up a variety of alerts for not only transaction activity, but for reaching savings goals, balance alerts and much more. Here’s how:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Select the Settings Widget.
  • Click on the Notifications tab.
  • From the list of alerts, click on the Settings icon to the right to activate the alerts you want set up on your account, and how you wish to receive them.
Will my account look the same when I log in?
All of your current account information will transfer over securely to the new system. Once you log in, you’ll immediately notice a change to a dashboard layout which gives you a convenient, snapshot view of your accounts, and you can easily rearrange the dashboard according to your preferences.
